The STORK consortium includes a total of 35 members composed of national governments, academia and research, non-profit and private organizations.
Much of the work of the project will be subcontracted to the private sector by the governmental partners for improved efficiency. Different types of organizations (private, agencies, government) and government layers (municipal, regional, national) will participate in the pilot activities. The project will attempt to cover the entire value chain - from core data to citizens’ service - by including both those who build the infrastructures for the services, as well as those who provide them in real life to the end users, the citizens. This will ensure that the services developed are truly wanted, and used, during and beyond the lifetime of the pilot.
